Inspired by his own experiences while attempting to quit smoking after 22 years. This book is the product of five years work and research into the truth behind smoking and quitting. Smoking has long been seen as an addiction that is impossible to break, however, Ian Clark has discovered that the psychological and primeval forces linking people to smoking is far more powerful than first thought. The book shows that all smokers have a decision to make but until they have both sides of the argument this is very difficult. Instead of having just the tobacco companies side Ian Clark gives the smoker a balanced view of what smoking and quitting is all about. Exercises and pratical steps for helping keep quit and guarding against relapse are also included.
This is a rip off of Allen Carr's Easyway. His book is awesome, and if you somehow arrived on this page, chances are you went to a site that wasnt even a dedicated and hosted domain name...its crap Also, Allen Carr is from the UK, amazingly has same of the exact same statements, and wrote his book years ago. I sense a ripoff version.
"At last." Your use of visual imagary as a way of showing that the last one is the cause of the chain extending into a bleak future has given me the key to success after numerous failed attempts. Also having a concrete idea of what to expect over the next seventy two hours is something that I've not really understood previously. I won't say 'hope' I'll succeed. I really believe I will be able to lead my subconscious to accept that I have become A HAPPY NON-SMOKER Thanks for your (very sound) advice
"Ian Clark's book" Well I've got to say I've never read such a load of twaddle in my life. This guy has some very weird ideas about smoking and quitting. My advice - don't bother buying this garbage.
"Re: Ian Clark's book" Hi Simon, As far as I can see you Downloaded it free like everyone else. As it is free then if you do not consider my approach as suitable for you then that is fair enough. Thanks for you comments. My theories are different and do push the boundaries of what is known about smoking and quitting but I would not call it 'twaddle'. Just different. Thanks Ian Clark
"I have done it !!!!!" I was very sceptical about buying a book to try to stop smoking, however, I have been very surprised at the results. I had no withdrawals as in past efforts (apart from the gas!!!. I have actually woke up glad that I do not have to scramble round looking for them anymore. I must say the techniques Ian gives are very easy to follow and master and it meant that i could start to do them straight away. The only critisism I have of the book is that there is some scientific explanations that were a little beyond me but they are there to read if you want and I know some people need to know why things happen rather than just acceepting that they do just happen like me. Overall an excelent read and one that has saved me thousands of pounds. Thank you Ian Clark I will always be grateful. P.S I have not used the online support group yet but know it is there if i need it.
