"Fun interesting read..." I got Great Things because I've been reading Joe Procopio's stuff month-to-month on Intrepid Media, but there's something about this book that won't let you put it down. I started out reading five minutes here, five minutes there -- then the next thing I knew I was almost done, and I had relived 2008, which is a lot more interesting than it sounds. You also get to know each of the writers and welcome them popping up again every so often as the year rolls on. I look forward to reading more of them on Intrepid Media and also to next year's book.
I just discovered Intrepid Media a few months ago and I bought the book to catch up on what I've missed. I think this book is a neat idea and I enjoyed it. I especially liked the writer insights. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to write or blog, you can learn a lot. Also, I want to be Jael McHenry.
