Chasing Luna: A Story of Being Human

Chasing Luna gives teens a look at the ­imperfect world and that it is possible to live there. * * * Isabella Agosta – “Bella” – wrote "Chasing Luna" when she was 15. Bella has struggled with anxiety and depression since the beginning of adolescence and found that writing was a good outlet for her to learn to express her emotions and process the ever-changing world around her. She was born and raised in Palo Alto, California with her mother, father, and twin brother. She did not have a typical high school life which led her to live in different places and meet a lot of interesting people. Her first love of creativity was dance which she still loves and pursues. She is still a work in progress who has come a long way. Even when she feels she has gone back ten steps, she has just looked back slightly because she has built the skills to be okay.
