I was looking for a Bulgarian cookbook and came across this one. I enhoyed preparing each one of the recipes and absolutely loved the meals. The author has quite well captured the magic of the Bulgarian food. I haven't been to Bulgaria myself but if the food there is anything close to the recipes in this book - I'm ready to move!
