A unique, penetrating and well written series of essays on what mental illness looks like from the INSIDE. Jack Bragen deals not only with the difficult nuts and bolts of daily living, but also addresses the bigger questions of meaning. A must read for anyone interested in mental illness-- particularly useful for concerned family members and friends.
