Usually printed in 3 - 5 business days
CHEESEBURGER is a feature film screenplay about a disturbing dysfunctional family that takes a cross country road trip to get a cheeseburger. Seventy year old Lapo and her fifty year old son Jerry, two vegans, live in a ghost town in the Midwest. While sitting on Lapo's roof one morning drinking coffee, they decide to get in their beat up old junk car and drive to California to eat a cheeseburger. While driving across the country, they stay the night with Lapo's best friend Malena in Oklahoma City; Jerry's best friend Brent in New Mexico; and their cousin Ted in Laughlin. An alternative, shocking and mind blowing independent film comedy/drama road movie in the tradition of EASY RIDER, THELMA & LOUISE and LITTLE MISS SUNSHINE, CHEESEBURGER is certain to open eyes of the true independent film fan.
