Edition by Craig Klampe for SAB choir of "Nous voyons que les hommes" by Jacques Arcadelt. Originally published in 1554, this chanson was the basis for Arcadelt’s purported “Ave Maria” that first appeared in the 19th century -- still believed by some to be a Renaissance masterpiece. This edition matches the music to a hymn text by John E. Bode (1886).
