Jesus Christ, Public Defender (Second Edition)

ByJames Ford

Usually printed in 3 - 5 business days
This book is by a Baby-boomer for Baby-boomers (and those who love them). It explores two key questions: “What happens when I die,” and “How can I live a life of abundance?” In exploring those questions, the book begins by exploring the image of Jesus as “Ultimate Public Defender,” in the Ultimate Courtroom, before the Ultimate Judge. (And confidentially, what makes this lawyer special is, He’s the Judge’s son.) The book explores how Christianity is much like those “exotic Eastern religions” that were all the rage back in the 1970s, a time when many Baby-boomers were coming of age. It goes on to explore the impact of cultural figures like Senator Sam Ervin, George McGovern and his "KMA" buttons, and David Carradine's "Kung Fu" character. Thus the book will be of great interest to Baby-boomers (and their children and grandchildren), especially as they grow older and ever closer to their “Ultimate Arrest” (and their need for the Ultimate Public Defender, explained in Chapter 1).
