OK. A fairly good introduction to Buddhism and its place in the modern west. Actualy its description of the way in which the modern world has lost meaning is probablry more interesting to people interested that kind of thing. for people interested in that subject it could probly shed light on what they believe themselves and why they have come to that kind of belief. cant realy say any more. i enjoyed it so thats all can really be said
