Multicultural Instruction in Twenty-first Century America

The eclectic nature of our nation's public school classrooms necessitates a new kind of teacher, one unafraid of the impossible situation. Of course, modern educators do not face impossible classrooms. Yet today's instructors must be some entirely new, eclectic in and of themselves, diverse in the extreme, and highly educated.
