Prof. Jim Ziegler, Thank you for your email (Kept below for your perusal). Certainly this is a very useful textbook. I am trying to learn your techniques that have been applied so successfully over the years in many cases. However, I am not finding the mathematical relations that are used in actual calculations. Could you let me know where I can find all those relevant formulas used for those calculations? In your SRIM calculations do the formulas contain parameters? If so, are they tabulated, and where can I find them?. More importantly, are those parameters target(s) dependent, or generalized in someway? I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
