"Take this advice" As someone who has had great experiences and bad experiences with real estate, I wish I had had this book back then!!! I did fairly well on my transactions, but this book pointed out REALLY simple things I could have done. I definitely will be using this the next time I sell (and if its in the SF Bay area, even look to hire Ms. Moore as well!) Thank you Ms. Moore!
