Východiska a perspektivy bezpečnosti na Jižním Kavkaze

A thesis describing the security situation in the South Caucasus region, causes of the ethnical conflicts that broke out in early 90. as a result of fall of the USSR. Altough cease-fire was achieved in all of them, no clear political resolution was found. It is a couse of wider historical chain of events, mainly becouse of wrong Moscow’s policy to this region in the past over than 100 years.
