Fascinating look at the history of The Ladd School. The author shares in-depth knowledge of a community of people often lost in society. With poignant narrative and captivating images, this book delves into the treatment of these individuals. Well written and powerful images sure to capture the attention and hearts of readers.

I must admit that this isn't the kind of book that I usually find myself reading but I am very impressed with the author's writing style and about the content that he has chosen to share. The material itself is very unique, definitely unlike anything that I have came across, it has definitely opened up my eyes and been quite insightful about numerous things related to the past. What I admire most about this book is how the author expresses raw and emotional knowledge and experiences through a well-refined writing style, leaving nothing out and giving the reader a comprehensive and detailed look into how these people were classified and treated in the past. In summary, the book is detailed, written in a captivating manner, and most importantly, very insightful towards human behavior and the events that occurred at the infamous Ladd School. I highly recommend it
