The Smashed Apricot contains 15 original cocktails, all of which have been tested, refined and enjoyed at many a family gathering. Each recipe has a photo of its contributor and an anecdote which provides some history, potency or suggested occasion for which the drink was made.
Conceived as a small community-driven not-for-profit publication, this book celebrates our family's love of making and sharing cocktails. All proceeds from the sale of The Smashed Apricot will benefit the Telethon Speech & Hearing Centre for Children in Wembley, Western Australia.
