Another excellent book on this very subject: Spontaneous Evolution - I highly recommend it!

This book is a must read! A glorious encouragement to remain true to one's self and unite with kindred spirits locally, nationally, internationally, to change the direction of our future. Jason's book is a resounding reminder of the urgency to action which we must all consciously engage in daily if we are going to halt the psychopathic agendas of food manipulation, increasing vaccine strategies, bloated outrageous military spending etc. A frank expose' of twisted societal philosophies which we all have probably encountered and the importance of the verbal rejection thereof. A demand for immediate transparency of controlling institutions and the unification of "we the people" to reject this ongoing manipulation at all levels.

I feel blessed to have been led to Jasons book and gatherings with an awakened community that discuss subjects most want to turn away from..but Jason looks them straight in the eye and shares ways we can wake up from our slumber..get involved and be part of turning this insanity around to creative caring love and gratitude! Good luck with your new book and looking forward to more talks soon Rachel Veronica Browne

Reading Jason's book gets me grounded again. I think all governments and local authorities should read this book, and it should be compulsory reading in schools.

This book came to me via a chance meeting at Jason's art gallery in Totnes. Apart from painting seascapes, landscapes and quirky cows in a variety of styles, Jason has regular YouTube transmissions. This book is based on his thoughts about how we can all take control and live better lives. For example, The Lost Art of Crying explores the cleansing and healing aspects of tears and Jason offers ideas leading to healthier habits both emotionally and physically.
