A very good book. I found this to be really helpful as there is so much info all together in one place. It certainly made me look at my love life under a new light and indentify many of the errors I have been making for years. I also found some great techniques for improving my self confidence which have really helped me. I would say this should be compulsory reading for gay men everywhere!
