Of Hoof and Horn

Deep in Palingaurd lies an ancient forest filled with many wondrous mythical beasts. However dark times are rising. The forest's pact of peace with the death of the human Queen is now gone. Humanity is now raiding the forest, hunting for food or slave labor. A young minotaur managed to escape from a death farm, but is now lost in every way possible. How is he going to find a reason to live or even a home when most of the forest's residents hate or fear him. A wise old satyr finds the minotaur and attempts to guide him. But the road will be long, and dangerous; for ancient beasts once thought to be only stories are revealing themselves. Will Axel, the young minotaur, find a place in this world and survive all of the hardships and certain death he must face?
