This seems an honest and clear book, where the author makes no promises, however, I have to agree that we do need to be aware of 'our money' and its uses so that we do not 'become poor quick'. It would be a useful tool and not a promise of miracles. Note: I apologise if this review is not seen by all Lulu viewers. I have tried all ways (including changing the language default) but it seems that only UK or US can read them, not both at the same time. "A wonderful story" Well written and thought provoking, this is an excellent example of social history. Although a very personal view, its colourful style paints a variety of fabulous images that both delight and shock the reader. I loved the characters, especially the mother, whose heroic efforts in bringing up her children can only be admired. A role model that none could fault. Phrases like, '..one holler...' (the distance within which the children had to play) and '...demon rooster...' (I've always hated chickens) made me smile, while the hard justice and violence provoked feelings of sadness and anger. The ending was clever and worthy of such a terrific book. I would recommend this to anyone. Julie Elizabeth Powell, author of Gone, The Star Realm & Knowing Jack
