I know you can't see me right now - but I am doing my happy dance because I just got my calendar last night at the holiday market. They had the mushroom salsa there that is one of the recipes in the calendar too - and YUM. Off to the grocery store today because I need to stock up on mushrooms for that mushroom salsa. BTW - photos themselves sell these recipes... my mouth was watering looking at them.
So excited today - my calendar arrived yesterday and I went to the grocery store today to make some of the recipes this week. I LOVE MEXICAN FOOD, and the photos make all of these look so good. I am most excited about the mushroom salsa - can't wait. I'll be passing this along to my friends. Thank you!!!
I just received my calendar. The photos are amazing, colorful and full of life and I just tried the salsa recipe last night - WONDERFUL. If this is a reflection of what the cookbook will be like, I'll definitely be buying the book when it comes out. I can tell you that I'm going to be going through these recipes in about a week - but I see you have more to try on the MUY BUENO blog too!!
