This is a book with very old techniques for beginners. It really didn't teach anything about the newer techniques. It was very similar to a CD ebook I purchased about 6 or 7 years ago from the same author. It had alot of the exact same information so I can't say that it has helped me at all. In my opinion it was a waste of money.
