Not bad for a first time author. It has some misapplied words and a few 'out of place items and happenings' but overall the story line is pretty good. I believe if the author took more time editing and double checking misplaced words which are spelled right but are not the right words for use. (Example; **dose is used where it should be does; two different words but spelled right and Misplaced. EXCERPT FROM THE BOOK,{and even though they have a What’s it’s Name restaurant it is on the other side of town so it **dose** not clutter the down town, or so I’ve been told.} Spell check does not catch it because **dose** is a proper word. However the word is supposed to be does NOT DOSE) It should have been caught by the Editor(')s at LuLu as well since that is part of the Service covered in the Fee. (if that was in the package chosen). This is really a good story line which just needs more time spent on editing and keeping track of the story lines as they are merged from the various... I hope Jeff follows my advice closer in the rest of the series more than he has so far. If he does he will wind up with a great book when he is done. BUT, I want to make clear as I stated earlier; for a first time author this is a pretty good start and hopefully it gets better as the series goes on. I look forward to reading the next part when it is released. (Basic Review Was Originally Submitted for the PDF version after I purchased and read it.)< Less
