After reading the book I thought Jenna Barry may have secretly been in my home for the last 28 years. She was so right on. She described my Not So Great White Shark In-laws: type 2 to the T. While I won’t need this book to deal with my in-laws. I will be a better mother-in-law for my daughter-in-laws. I will request that my sons read the chapters for husbands so they will be the best husbands they can for their wives. I knew I was going to do thing differently with my kids ( like NOT chewing on their wives) and after reading the book I have the tools to be the best mother-in-law to the wonderful young ladies God has blessed me with.
"Best Book for both Wife and Husband!" This book is great! It showed me that I could change things about myself that could drasticly change the problems even if no one else did anything at all. Plus my husband was willing to read it and found it funny and insightful. It's one of the only times he ever admitted his mother might have boundary issues!

I was amazed at how Jenna was able to take complicated ideas and break them down into simple concepts (often with fun cartoons) that were easy to grasp, especially in the chapters written for husbands. I really identified with the scenarios she described, and I felt very empowered throughout the book. “A Wife’s Guide to In-laws” prepared me to handle just about every situation involving in-laws. I loved the husband/wife worksheets at the end of the book. This is an EXCELLENT book. Great advice. My marriage will never be the same!
"Absolutely fantastic book!" This is BY FAR the most helpful book about in-laws available!! It should be required reading for new brides and new moms. If engaged couples were given this bok during premarital counseling, the divorce rate would drop. If you want to have a fantastic marriage, don't hesitate to buy this book!!
