I have been on many of Jennie's courses, as a student all those years ago and now as a co presenter and I truly believe this book is a must for any Hypnotherapist in training. It is well written and shows just how easy it is to change the way your client feels about your clients eating habbits. I wish I had access to this book when I'd first qualified all those years ago but now that its here in the flesh - you owe it to yourself to read it. This is the culmination of years of experience in actual practice. Jennie's ability to write in plain english and give anecdotal evidence of her success proves what hypnotherapy can do for weight issues. It is ideal for any therapist in practice - to use as guidance, or for members of the general public who want to find out more about using Hypnotherapy to stop something they no longer find useful. ITS BRILLIANT!!! Cant wait to read the next one.
