Creativity Is Not Dead

This script has taken up five of the eighteen years I’ve been alive. For those of you reading unfortunate enough to not be familiar with basic math, 30% of my pitiful little life has dealt with perfecting this one silly screenplay that will sooner see the hands of Jesus Christ himself before seeing the hands of a film producer. That being said, this is one of the best things I’ve ever written, and that I’m likely to write. Is this me claiming that this story is perfect? I answer my own question with an emphatic HELL NO. This is plagued by plot conveniences, character cliches, dropped subplots, and rather shoddy lines of dialogue. But much like a parent who loves a rude child that constantly beats up the dyslexic kid, I love this screenplay anyway.
