These worksheets are fantastic because they give your mind prompts to keep it focused. Often, when I sit down to write my gratitude posts on my blog I find my mind wandering, but with these worksheets, I don't have to do as much of the work keeping focused! It is a treat to sit down and do one of these anytime of day. A sure shortcut to feeling good and getting in the flow!
