The purpose of this document is to lay out the history of the Blackwell Zinc Superfund Site (hereinafter the “Site”), to establish the past, present, and future sources of contamination, to lay out the contaminates history and toxicity levels, to discus current site-specific problems associated with the contamination, documentation, regulation, and public involvement, to establish the seriousness of what past, present, and possibly future exposures to contaminates could have on the public’s health and safety, and to establish past, present, and future health issues that afflict the residents of Blackwell. Much of the information used to come to these conclusions have been made possible by federal agency such as the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry. iRock Inc. is not a scientific or analytical group, but has been working tirelessly to gather information for the use of such federal agencies.
