How to Write Amazing Resume

Take out your resume and take a look at it. Is it full of facts? That's right. Most resumes are simply a list of facts. Unfortunately, facts are not enough. How do you stand out if all you have are just a bunch of boring facts like everyone else? Imagine this: a hiring manager puts out a job request, gets hundreds or even thousands of responses. All your resume gets is 10 to 12 seconds. You may think that if you put in a lot of work, at least they should give you the courtesy of two minutes. Well, maybe they should.
