    By not reading this book right now it could easily cost you thousands of dollars this year. As a Sales Coach for 25 years, I really wish I had this book as a way to help people earn more. Now that I do have it I'll be giving it to every person I coach!

    Having owned 5 businesses, I'm thrilled to have found a book that gives my employees the exact tools and plan they need to earn more money. And as a business owner it's a huge win for me because not only are my employees happier and more prosperous but my company is more productive and profitable! Every business owner I know should be putting one of these in the hands of every one of their employees!

    A must read for every manager and employee facing the question of raises. For the employee, it answers the question of, "How do I add more value and earn more?" For the manager, it answers the question of, "How do I deal with employees who constantly ask for more money?" Simple, easy read with plenty of practical advice and "How To!"
