Jim has over 25 years of professional experience in the areas of learning and leadership development. He has led cross-functional teams in the development of complex learning and development programs and strategies, and has consulted and developed web-based and expert-led development programs for a variety of profit and non-profit organizations. Jim holds a B.S. degree in Business and an M.A. in Economics from the University of Missouri, and was selected, by the governor of Missouri, as one of the first Certified Examiners on the Board of Examiners for the Missouri Quality Award.
