88 years after they were written, Jim Sims discovered the letters exchanged in 1924 by his parents, Frazier Sims and Lucy Ensor during the year before they married. Those letters, 19 letters from Lucy’s mother and other letters reveal much about them and about the rough life in poor, rural Kentucky at the time. This book contains transcriptions of the 70+ letters and postcards plus some background information and photos about the families and locales of their early life.
