Chris Fire and Matt Ice are two 17-year-old friends living in Earth City, Missouri. When they learn the news that Destroy the Planet, the greatest Satanic heavy metal rock band in history, is coming to Earth City, they are determined to get to that show. However, the leader of a Japanese ninja clan called the Kopei is determined to stop them, and this martial arts master is joining forces with Chris and Matt's principal, as well as Chris' older brother, to stop the two guys from getting to the show.
