    As someone who constantly seeks disruptive influences to be able to better advise clients, I found this book particularly thought provoking. The reader is taken on a highly engaging journey, through the experiences and thoughts that lie behind a simple yet remarkably disruptive idea. Its arguments have been constructed with care and tested with a rigour that makes it hard to refute its conclusions. It is made all the more powerful with compelling examples detailing how the approach has been used to demonstrable effect on both small and large companies, including those like Honda & Virgin which were already at the forefront of their game. My view is that if you are in business, you advise businesses, or particularly if you are involved in marketing, this is a book to buy, devour and act on… before your competitors do.
