I've really enjoyed reading the blogs on the Birmingham Post website, so to have them all in one place in book form is great. Both writers talk such sense and write in such a witty and informative way. I'm looking forward to volume two already!

I've just downloaded this. The quality of the blogs and the presentation is excellent. real food for thought. I will use some of the blogs on the takeover of Cadbury with my students in class. A great collection of interesting perpectives on the modern economy. Well done.

Brilliant, radical and clever. I just wish some of our bland politicians could comment so effectively and come up with such good ideas. Indeed, Bailey and Clancy's book should be required reading for our political masters. The collection of blogs brought together here is thought-provoking, deeply insightful and offers a glimse of how we need to (as they put it) 're-wire' the economy. Great coverage of the CAdbury takeover, Jaguar Land Rover, the impact o the MG Rover closure, plus what has happened - and needs to happen - to our financial system. Well worth reading. Highly recommended.
