Real life stories: Of Aspergers and Autism

ByJohn Fitzgerald

Usually printed in 3 - 5 business days
This book is a collection of real life stories written by people with Autism and Asperger as well as those who are parents or caregivers of those who have either Autism or Aspergers. I would like to thank each and everyone who contributed to the contents of this book. I would also like to dedicate this book to Tommy K. a boy of 12 who had Aspergers and was killed in Brooklyn, NY when a group of kids called him over to them, and demanded his sneakers. When he said I’m not suppose to take my shoes off outside they stabbed him and stole the shoes. He attended public school and this was 3 days after Christmas his mother had gone into a store to get milk and came out to find her son dead. A senseless crime that could have been avoided if Tommy had proper social training to recognize the dangers of going over to the gang of kids and not just given them his sneakers. The two that where arrested where charged as minors they will be home when they turn 21.
