For former Deputy District Attorney Jerome Spencer, it was supposed to be just another ordinary day at the office. But when he stepped into the elevator of his private law firm and received a mysterious phone call . . . it became his worst nightmare.
In the vein of Phone Booth and Silence of the Lambs comes the next experiment in terror. The plot involves a driven lawyer with an edge: he has the ability to convict so-called common criminals with the notion to win his case at any cost. And things appear to be going quite well in his fifteen-year career until he becomes terrorized and trapped in an elevator by a vengeful serial killer. While undergoing a mock trial during his makeshift imprisonment, Jerome soon discovers that this harrowing experience would become an actual test of his reality, his faith in the legal system and his determination to survive.
