This book is written for long haul truck drivers who spend most of the time sitting. It is written by a driver and has a divers approach to the subjects. It can however be useful to other than drivers.

"Very Interesting" I really liked the use of visual aids. Several of my Uncles were truck drivers. My one Uncle had several feet of colon removed due to disease. I wish he could have read your book before it got so bad.
