Toronto Tamils Turning Tiger, is the debut of John R. Nay. A man who has lived all over the world because of his work as a diplomat. Canada is home to the largest Tamil population outside of Sri Lanka. Sri Lanka's domestic issues recently took a more public stage in Canada, particularly in Toronto. This caused the fact that the Canadian Tamils are now turning tiger. They are becoming more radical. But will they become a real threat to the Canadian people and to the rest of the world?
