"Violets - Not just a spring flower." I found Violets very difficult to put down once I started reading. I could easily relate to some to the situations as the story unfolded. This book is not trumpet blowing ego trip but an honest look back at the author's life. You experience the highs and the lows of this journey with an insight into the triumphs and regrets of the writer as the story continues. Be prepared to burn the midnight oil, this is a compelling read.

"Violets by John Smith" I found this memoir,by John Smith to be a very interesting and informative read. So much so that I had finished reading it in just a few days. Interest was maintained for me, by the descriptions of the author's early life and schooling. The subsequent hard work put in to become a qualified accountant and the descriptions of the various places he then travelled to to carry out his chosen profession, followed by the highs and lows of life at whatever level. All in all a very enjable read.
