Operation Peachtree

Evidence from a missile strike on an Al Qaeda safe house in Afghanistan, vague internet and telephone chatter, and the death of a known extremist in a botched drug bust in Atlanta, Georgia suggest a possible terrorist plot in the capital of the south. The FBI dispatches Matthew Morrison, a former Navy Seal and one of their most experienced counterterrorism experts, to work with the local police in an attempt to discover the terrorist’s plans before they can kill thousands. Matt’s encounters with a feisty widow, her exotically beautiful molecular biologist daughter and some of the local criminal element lead to the first breaks in the case, but he is stunned to learn of the current plot’s connection to tragic events from his past.
