Humorous ghosts, or ghostly humour? When Louise, Harry Stephen’s wife of 10 years, ups and leaves him one fateful Sunday afternoon, he cannot imagine the surreal chain of events that will follow. At first, he can only wallow in self-pity and try anything to win her back. However, he soon realises that if they are to both find true happiness, then he will have to change his lifetime of selfishness and put others first - his very existence will be at stake otherwise. What he has not accounted for, though, is the meddlesome interventions of a misanthropic ghost! Harry has a challenge on his hands; will he accept it and determine to improve, or will it not be better for all concerned if he instead chooses to fade away? It’s not as if Louise will be aware of his newly-acquired altruism, whatever the final outcome!
