    This book is an asset and a must read for anyone in sales, recruiting, or any professional business. John Westling presents simple yet powerful techniques that anyone can use to recruit high-quality persons for any position by putting people first and business second. John provides real world examples that emphasize and reinforce the principles and techniques presented in this book and shows how effective recruiting can take place anytime, anywhere. This book is a road map to effective recruiting. In addition, the positive language and real life accounts of recruiting successes make this book a very informative, useful and enjoyable read.

    "Great Book a Must for all recruiters!!" It was a thorough delight to read the book cover to cover "Recruit anybody for Anything-The How to of Effective Recruiting. In this day and age, when human beings are treated worser than mackerels and sardines by human beings, John has presented valuable life lessons about the importance of treating people right and seeing a future in the potential of a human being. John's story about the Fresh Airforce Recruit who got rejected by other recruiters is a powerful example of how every recruiter should see through the eyes of the recruit and be a guide. John Westling has done a great job in bringing to print the nuts and bolts of the How-to's of recruiting. This is a must read for every CEO, Business Owner, and Manager who want to build a power team. I commend John's work to anyone who want to own or manage a successful business.
