The Myra colony in the Epsilon Eridani system is plagued by rogue solar flares that threaten its inhabitants. The brilliant inventor Jack Falcon is tasked with saving the colony - but since the colony has lost its access to Earth he's forced to handle this alone. The situation is made even more dire when he finds out that a nearby cluster of black holes are an even bigger threat.
