This was far and away the best book that I read in 2015. The story is one of bittersweet self-discovery told through the eyes of a unique youngster approaching adulthood. Although it touches on the darker notes of guilt and despair that any successful real-world account is bound to have, it still manages to make you smile and laugh through expertly woven elements of wit and 90's nostalgia. The author has a singular familial tale to share with the audience, but remains completely relatable throughout the pitfalls of alienation and loneliness she bravely faces. The work Jordan Cosmo displays in Mind Your Head is both profound and deeply inspiring! I would highly recommend this book to anyone looking for a satisfying read that will resonate with you long after you put it down.
