    Time for bed - but first a quick laugh at this clot's work. Cured meats unbalanced??? Well what a surprise!!! Exactly how much sugar, fibre and carbs does this cretin expect there to be in cured meats? Of course they are unbalanced! It makes about as much sense as measuring the weights of cars - of bloody course they are heavy. Let me tell you, as someone who actually does understand human nutrition (I have worked in this area for many years as a senior academic), this makes no sense. PLease be aware this is not a proper journal, either! DR
