"Machinations..." Is spellbinding. Superb. I expected nothing less from author Joseph Miles. Machinations will stun you senseless with its imagery and steady feeling of impending doom. I shut the book and felt as if I had been narrowly missed by a speeding locomotive. Fan you say? Yes, definitely. I'll read anything this man produces, and I highly recommend reading Machinations - 11 Tales of Death and Despair.
