"Excellent in an Understatement" Good Guys is an amazing book that gives fraternity leaders a great framework to enhance their recruitment. Any fraternity that takes the time to work through the guides Matt and Josh provide will surely increase the quantity of quality members in no time. Beyond the amazing guides, Matt and Josh have written a great book that makes you think about what you have taken for granted in recruitment. Their book is very easy to read and makes sense. I was unable to put this book down once I started reading it. I immediately began preaching their ideas to my Greek Community and I'm excited to see the pay-off. A truly amazing book that all Greek leaders must read!!!

"Well Worth Your Time" Any entrepreneur can benefit from the approach and skills taught in this book, as they relate directly to business building. As a small business owner outside of the fraternity and recruiting industries, I found great value in this read. The authors do a great job of maintaining peak interest while sharing gems that can be implemented immediately to impact your bottom line.
