All of the My Second Language books are very user-friendly and easy for kids to understand. They cover a lot of vocabulary; they are interesting; and can easily be used as part of a great supplement to any Spanish curriculum. Una Fiesta is packed with various vocabulary and common phrases that are used every day. I highly recommend this book for your child, yourself or as a gift.
