Mistress of Karingal

Mitchell Tyler lives on and manages “Karingal” a large farming property in the Central West of NSW, Australia. It is owned by his mother. His parents, Rachel and Marcus Tyler have divorced and Marcus has re-married. On his death, Mitchell is appalled to learn that he has a step-sister to share the inheritance his father leaves. As part of the divorce settlement, Marcus has to give up all rights to his son. Believing his father has deserted and neglected him, he hates him. He is unaware that his father’s “Cousin” who spends so much time and money on him, is in fact, his father. To share the inheritance, a marriage of convenience is formed. Aided and abetted by Rosemary, Rachel uses her considerable power to wreck the marriage, not realizing that Mitchell and Caryn have fallen in love. They have many struggles before they have their lives in order.
