As a trainer, consultant and coach I am always fascinated by what gets people to move towards their goals and objectives. Once you've read this book you'll soon understand that even moving towards a goal is not a motivating proposition for some people! In a clearer and much more useable format than anything I've read on the topic of NLP metaprograms before, Justin conveys just what you need to know and how to apply it. Meeting my first client after this book I found myself with a mental checklist looking for the clues about my client's preferences and amazingly I spotted them! Thanks Justin, I can't wait for the next one!

Fascinating book. As a business owner, consultant and trainer of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) I thought I'd read all there was on this subject BUT this is THE book on the subject of metaprograms! So simply communicated, yet so far reaching through the techniques and approaches presented, it's a MUST for anyone in the people industry (and who isn't nowadays?). The tone the author uses is so friendly, down-to-earth, practical and warm it feels like a conversation over a cup of tea - really enjoyed it and am valuing the effects I am now creating in my own day-to-day business with people. Highly recommended! Buy it now!
